EveryweekendthegaymalechoirG-VoicerehearsesinSeoul–astheyhavebeendoingsince2003.Thechoir,beingakindofantidotetohomophobicKoreansociety,makestheeverydaylivesofgaymenitsthemeinanintelligentandhumorousway.Fortheirtenthanniversary,themembersareplanningtogivetheirfirstbigconcertwithambitiousarrangements,creativechoreographiesandmanynewpieces.Thisreallyputstheseamateursingerstothetestbecausetheenthusiasmofsomemembersoutweighstheirvocalabilities,whilstothersworkthemselvesintothegroundasvoluntaryorganisers.Besidespreparingfortheirbigday,G-Voicearealsopoliticallyactive,singingforequalityandserenadingagainstdiscrimination,andnotjustatLGBTQdemos.
