ThefilmunravelsPort'ssinistercharacterandmodusoperandi.Portwasmotivatedbyadesiretosatisfyhislustforabusivedrugfuelledsexualencounters.Hefoundallhisvictimsthroughgaydatingandsocialmediasites,usingmultipleonlineprofiles. BarkingandDagenhampolice'sfailingshaveledtohugeangeramongstthefamiliesofPort'svictims.Somehaveaccusedthepoliceofinstitutionalhomophobia,andaskedifofficerswouldhaveinvestigatedmorethoroughly,hadfouryoungwomenturnedupdeadwithinsuchasmallradius.
